CUEX Private Sale — Launch Date and Raise Details
The CUEX Private Sale for CUE holders is upon us.
All CUE holders will be able to participate if they hold enough CUE for the minimum tier, which is 3 CUE for a 1 BNB investment.
The private sale will officially launch on Friday 16th July at 18:00 UTC.
We have moved it one day forward as we have made a few changes to the private sale contract.
The private sale will now have a 48-hour time limit.
Each buy will extend the time limit by 1 hour. So 24 buys would add another 24 hours to the timer.
This gives CUE holders a maximum chance to buy before the IDO launches.
Tiers
Hold enough CUE in any of these tiers to participate in the sale:
1) Hold 3 CUE = up to 1 BNB per wallet.
2) Hold 5 CUE = up to 5 BNB per wallet.
3) Hold 20 CUE = up to 10 BNB per wallet.
4) Hold 50+ CUE = up to 20 BNB (limited to 15 spots and will close as soon as filled)

The CUE holder's private sale is limited to 500 BNB.

Private Sale & IDO
Between private sale and IDO, there are 25 billion tokens.
Hard cap: 3,000 BNB between the sales.
Hard cap and soft cap for IDO will be announced before the IDO and after the private sale has closed.

Raised BNB Distribution
50% to liquidity for CUEX locked in 3 months intervals to avoid issues with PancakeSwap liquidity migration should they bring out v3, v4, etc.
30% Marketing, huge budget if hard cap is met.
20% will be used as a balance sheet for operating costs such as future development, audits, partnerships, etc.
Is this a big raise?
It’s bigger than CUE!
CUE was 500 BNB.
CUEX will provide both liquidity for CUEX and CUE through its AMM.
This is not a huge sale at 3,000 BNB at the current price levels of $300 per BNB.
If price levels maintain, we would be raising around $1M. Bearing in mind the 50%+ price drop in BNB in the last couple of months, we would be raising 1,500 BNB at those levels.
50% straight into liquidity locked in 3-month intervals.
30% reserved for marketing. This means no token sell-offs to fund our endeavors in marketing as it would come from BNB.
20% operating costs such as audits and extra development.
This gives us a healthy entrance to ensure that CUEX can become a high-value token and stay there. A smaller raise would be pointless and not give us the visibility we want.
As a bi-product, CUE will also reap the benefits as it has the balance between market cap entry and ensures a monster marketing budget without having to sell any tokens.

By purchasing CUEX at private or public sale, you ensure that you invest at the bottom price.
The tokenomics are pretty great if we do say so ourselves, and the dual token economy, which actually works, will be fantastic to see in action after the PancakeSwap listing.
Holding CUEX will keep paying dividends from the get-go…
Holders will receive a 2% reflection on every transaction in their wallets.
Holders will see liquidity increase with every transaction, which increases the price floor of the token.
Holders will see CUE liquidity increase and build on V2 of PancakeSwap.
Holders will also be able to claim CUE tokens via the 1% buyback, which means by simply holding CUEX in your wallets, you will earn more CUEX and earn CUE.
CUE will be repurchased at regular intervals using the 1% fund, creating an event for CUE holders and CUEX holders to look out for, which will create excitement, as seen in other projects when they announce token burns.
